Gravalax Alfresco – marinated salmon with tortilla, sour cream sauce with dill and an Eisberg salad combined with rucola was excellent and the well- balanced Risotto with seafood, with plump mussels as those during the Renaissance plus four imperial shrimps, well cooked, guarding the rice heap supported insistently by some threads of Chives, leaflets of some type of onion, one of the fine herbs of Mediterranean cuisine.
And the dessert, a tiramisu that shares the first place of the Bucharest dais with that of Quadri, was like a poem written with mascarpone on the wafers responsibly juiced.
