   Dear Sirs,

   I am hoping to bring a group of 30 – 34 adults to Bucuresti from 6 to 10 September 2007. We should require 4 single rooms and 13-15 twin-bedded rooms
   all with shower/bath and toilet. If possible we should like half-board (breakfast and evening meal).

   If you are able to accept a group of this size perhaps you will kindly send me your group price.
   In any case, if you are not able to make an offer,
   perhaps you would let me know.
