Becker Brau Live Music

It was Friday, around noon when we decided to organize a birthday surprise party for one of our friends.And so it came out the obvious question: where do we go? It must be a place that everybody likes with a nice atmosphere and good music.
We tried to book tables in different places, but since it was already quite late, we got the same answer: no more tables available. We continued to think where we could go and … we realized that we missed one of our favorite places in summer: Becker Brau; so we called but they said that they had no more tables available but they told us to try the new Becker that opened instead of the former Why Not? Disco. With a little reluctance and with the memory of high school freshmen balls, we decided to make the reservation.
At 21:30 we all gathered in front of the disco. Right from the entrance, we were pleasantly impressed by the way they totally changed the place. Inside, on the ceiling there are about 4 large scale guitars that give you the feeling that you are in a world of giants. On the sidewalls there are displayed some guitars as well, but normal sized ones.
Instead of the cigarettes burned couches worn-out by too many high school students who ?rolled? them in time, there are some new light colored leather couches that don’t give you the feeling of stuffiness any longer.
The stage is full of instruments waiting to delight our hearing. Being used to the Brecker Brau style, we expected a brass band to show up but to our great surprise it didn’t happen that way. Around ten o’clock, six guys, who didn’t seem to be part of a brass band, walked on the stage. They introduced themselves as being Christian Becker & Asha Band. Their repertory included music from the 80? up to nowadays. The atmosphere was incendiary, even if you were an addicted to house music you just couldn?t sit on the couch without dancing. The hesitation and the memory of the high school freshmen ball were completely gone, only one thing mattered: Becker Brau Live Music rules!!!
